What ICTX handles
ICTX is a local-first tool for turning SAST findings into decisions backed by evidence. A normal local run reads the repository and SARIF data on your machine; it does not upload your code to ICTX.
When you use ictx.sh or contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

- Respond to questions, support requests, and feedback.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the ICTX website and distribution services.
- Understand usage and improve the product, documentation, and developer experience.

Local runs and third parties
ICTX does not need access to your repository for the local CLI and TUI to work. If you connect ICTX to another service or send files to us for support, that service's terms and privacy policy may also apply. Please remove secrets and credentials before sharing diagnostic material.

Retention and choices
We keep correspondence and operational records only for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, security, and legal obligations. You can ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion by emailing hello@ictx.sh.
